Highways to Hell

It
The era of the 1920s in boom town New York City with everything thrown in, prohibition, flappers, bootlegging, short skirts, cars, gangsters, corruption of the law, and of course the most lavish and insane parties ever!

Of course the history books have just happened to forget mentioning a key occurrence during this era. The rise of supernatural encounters as well as the new segment in the police department, I hope spared from bribes. The documents recovered *Stolen* by reporters have only found out the name of the group S.L.A.Y.E.R or in longer terms Supernatural Law Attorneys and Eradication Regiment.

Apparently this unit has been broken down into sections. The *Attorneys* are responsible for keeping tabs on those in contact with the supernatural, and will intervene if the situation gets out of hand with more violent methods of persuasion. Suave assassins in suits would be the correct term for this group

The Eradication Regiment has more direct approach. Being assigned targets daily to help prevent the less than peaceful supernatural creatures from overpopulation. Unlike their suited counter parts, these people aren't shy about making their intentions clear from the very start meaning if you are an average human citizens go in the other direction when the man next you pull out a chainsaw.

Of course what kind of 1920s would this be if there were no gangsters? Born into the cradle with whiskey nearby the families of New York have been more than welcoming of the new neighbors, providing them with food, shelter, and anything else a creature would need. In exchange for their services perfected by their skills.

Not all the supernatural residents are thrilled with interactions with the human populace, some keep out of sight until needing to feed on something, be it a soul, blood, flesh, or even in one odd documented case by a Attorney...a creature was found feeding on cat food?

This is just a small idea that turned into a storm of ideas as I began thinking out this. So interested leave a comment, pm me? Or if you think this is a terrible idea let me down gently with constructive criticism.

*What I would really like to see happen is for new player-created races to be used. Just to shake things up a bit ^ ^.
